I got the 4x (regularly wear 28-30 heavy hips and bottom 5’6″). These are not lined with fleece or anything else. I got them to be worn under short dresses so that’s fine but will not wear them as pants they are more like tights. Size and feel wise, fit very well, soft and comfortable. They go over my stomach and bottom. The misleading description is why I gave 3 stars… otherwise I’m pleased and the leggings will do for me under a long shirt or short dress… just not as pants (workout).
